Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Personal care and beauty devices
Used items
Opened products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation
