Warranty Policy
At CartsySA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Selected products are covered by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
Limited Warranty
Selected CartsySA products include a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal household use.
What Is Covered
Our Limited Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects;
- Faulty workmanship; and
- Product malfunctions that occur during normal intended use.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, CartsySA will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or
- Provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage;
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling;
- Damage caused by dropping or impact;
- Water or liquid damage (unless the product is specifically advertised as water-resistant or waterproof);
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality;
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications; or
- Consumable parts, accessories, or batteries unless they arrive defective.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email team.cartsysa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photos or a short video showing the fault.
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information before approving the claim.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty begins on the date your order is delivered.
- Products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- CartsySA reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
